Qatar’s Supreme Judiciary Council is set to host an auction on September 15, 2024, featuring 84 cars of various brands and 20 properties. The auction will be conducted through the mobile application ‘Court Mzadat.’ The cars up for auction include popular brands such as Toyota, Chevrolet, GMC, and Porsche, with bid prices ranging from Q500 to QR50,000. Noteworthy listings consist of a Chevrolet Camaro and GMC Sierra starting at QR7,000, and a Toyota Land Cruiser VXR with an opening bid of QR15,000. Each vehicle listing on the app will have detailed information, photos, and a map location for inspection.

To participate in the auction, individuals must register through the Court Mzadat app using a valid Qatari ID and phone number, which may take up to 24 hours for approval. Additionally, participants must deposit a refundable insurance amount of QR5,000 for items with an opening bid below QR100,000, and QR25,000 for those exceeding QR100,000 to place bids. Vehicle inspections can be scheduled via the app or by calling 40093636. Successful bidders must make payment within 24 hours for items under QR100,000, and within 48 hours for items over QR100,000. The transfer of the vehicle to the buyer will occur within three working days.

Apart from the cars, the auction will also feature 20 properties up for bidding starting at 9am Doha time. Each property listing on the app will include photos, location details, and building plans to help prospective buyers make informed decisions. To participate, users must deposit a refundable insurance amount of QR250,000 through the app or by making a cash deposit into the council’s account. Payments, including expenses and registration fees, must be completed according to Article 487 within the specified time frame. A letter will be issued to the Real Estate Registry Department to register the property under the buyer’s name 15 days after the payment is finalized.

In light of the upcoming auction, interested parties are encouraged to review the terms and conditions outlined in the Court Mzadat app before registering. The application provides a user-friendly interface for individuals to browse through the listings, place bids, and schedule vehicle inspections. With a wide range of cars and properties available, the auction presents a unique opportunity for potential buyers to acquire desirable assets at competitive prices.

The Supreme Judiciary Council’s initiative to host auctions through the Court Mzadat app reflects a modern and transparent approach to asset disposal in Qatar. By utilizing technology to streamline the auction process, the council aims to provide a convenient platform for participants to engage in transparent and efficient bidding. With a diverse range of vehicles and properties on offer, the auction presents a valuable opportunity for individuals looking to invest in quality assets. Interested parties are advised to register well in advance to ensure a smooth and successful bidding experience at the upcoming auction.

In conclusion, the upcoming auction hosted by Qatar’s Supreme Judiciary Council presents a unique opportunity for individuals to acquire cars and properties through a transparent and user-friendly platform. With an array of popular car brands and properties available for bidding, the auction promises a diverse selection of assets for potential buyers to explore. By following the registration and payment guidelines outlined in the Court Mzadat app, participants can engage in a seamless bidding process and potentially secure their desired assets at competitive prices. As the auction date approaches, interested parties are encouraged to prepare accordingly and take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to invest in high-quality assets in Qatar.
