Users can ask questions like “When did we eat at the airport in Delhi?” and ‘Ask Photos’ will provide relevant details based on the photos’ context, such as people, places, and activities depicted. This AI-driven feature functions like a chatbot, offering a conversational interface for users to refine their queries and receive personalized responses.
‘Ask Photos’ can summarize trip highlights, suggest the best photos from specific events, and more, all powered by Gemini’s advanced AI models. Google ensures privacy by disconnecting users’ Google Accounts from the queries reviewed by human reviewers for refinement. Responses from ‘Ask Photos’ are mostly not reviewed by humans unless feedback is provided, or cases of abuse or harm need to be addressed. This new feature aims to provide users with a more personalized and efficient image search experience, leveraging innovative AI technology.
