Kleindienst Group, the developer of The Heart of Europe project in Dubai, is expanding its operations by establishing a maritime facility in Ras Al Khaimah in the Northern Emirates. The new facility will include a shipyard with four main sections, including the construction of a 144-meter giga-yacht, making UAE one of the few countries capable of building such large yachts. Additionally, the facility will focus on building underwater living experiences in the form of Floating Seahorse Villas, the Floating Venice resort, and more.

The shipyard will also have sections dedicated to the construction of barges, supply vessels, transportation vessels, as well as passenger transportation, fishing boats, sailing boats, and diving boats. The facility aims to significantly grow the diving industry in the region by creating new reef areas in Dubai. Furthermore, the shipyard will house a Maritime Academy to train individuals in the maritime industry.

Kleindienst Group has partnered with RAK Ports for the development of the maritime facility, with Josef Kleindienst mentioning that Ras Al Khaimah’s strategic location and conducive investment environment make it an ideal hub for their maritime projects. This partnership is expected to advance the marine industry and drive economic growth in the UAE. RAK Ports CEO, Roy Anthony Cummins, also mentioned that the establishment of the maritime facility will bring significant economic and employment benefits to the region.

In conclusion, the establishment of the maritime facility by Kleindienst Group in Ras Al Khaimah is set to revolutionize the marine industry in the UAE. With a focus on constructing giga-yachts, underwater living experiences, and various types of vessels, the facility will not only boost economic growth but also create job opportunities in the region. The partnership with RAK Ports highlights the commitment to advancing the marine industry and positioning Ras Al Khaimah as a key player in the maritime sector.
