Exciting Finale of Qatar National Sprint Season

The 2024 Qatar National Sprint season concluded with an exciting final round held at the open parking lot beside Lusail Sports Arena in Doha, Qatar. Organised by the Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation, this popular series saw Mansour Chebli of Lebanon leading the way in Class O1 with a lap time of 46.632 seconds in his Renault Clio. He was followed by Charbel Chebli and Qatar’s Ayad Al Okar. Class O2 was won by Jad Alawar from Lebanon in his EVO 8, with Qatar’s Amro Abdulla coming in second in a Subaru.

The podium winners and officials gathered for a photograph to commemorate the end of the sixth and final round of the Qatar National Sprint. Maher Serre secured the top spot in Class O3 with his Nissan 350Z, followed by Aleksandar Jokic and Paige De Jager. Nadim Ziade from Qatar impressed in the P1 class with a lap time of 48.268 seconds, narrowly beating Mansour Chebli. In the P2 class, Ziade continued his winning streak with a time of 47.066 seconds. Francesco Fornaciari took the top spot in P3 with his Lotus Exige.

In the women’s event, Melina Jokic emerged as the dominant winner with a time of 53.711 seconds, finishing ahead of De Jager and Nasmee’a Christian. The final round of the Qatar National Sprint showcased some thrilling races and impressive performances from drivers across various classes. The event drew to a close with participants and fans alike celebrating the conclusion of another successful racing season in Qatar.

Overall, the sixth and final round of the Qatar National Sprint was a fitting end to the 2024 season, with drivers showcasing their skills and determination on the track. The event was well-organized by the Qatar Motor & Motorcycle Federation, providing a platform for racers to compete and display their talents. The podium winners and officials came together for a group photo, marking the end of an exciting season of sprint racing in Qatar.

The various classes saw fierce competition, with drivers pushing themselves to the limit to secure victory. From Mansour Chebli’s impressive performance in Class O1 to Jad Alawar’s win in Class O2, the final round was filled with thrilling moments and close finishes. Nadim Ziade’s success in the P1 and P2 classes further highlighted the talent and determination of the Qatar National Sprint participants.

With the conclusion of the 2024 season, fans and participants can look forward to more thrilling racing action in the future. The Qatar National Sprint series continues to grow in popularity, attracting top drivers from around the region to compete in this prestigious event.
