Weekends and holidays in Dubai are always bustling with activities and events. Residents often seek a change of scenery and a more relaxed way to spend their free time. One popular destination for a weekend getaway from Dubai is Hatta, a tranquil place surrounded by nature. With the introduction of the Hatta Express bus service, residents can now enjoy a road trip to the highlands of Dubai without the hassle of driving. This bus service provides a convenient and affordable way to explore the picturesque landscapes of Hatta.

The Dubai to Hatta RTA bus service offers two different routes for passengers to choose from. The first route, known as the ‘Hatta Express’, departs from Dubai Mall station and operates every two hours from 7am to 7pm. Passengers can board the deluxe coaches and enjoy a comfortable ride to Hatta bus station. The second route, the ‘Hatta Hop on Hop off’, is a tourist special bus service that follows a circular route starting and ending at Hatta bus station. This route stops at major landmarks such as Hatta Dam, Hatta Heritage Village, Hatta Wadi Hub, and Hatta Hill Park. The bus service is available daily, making it convenient for travelers to plan their day trips to Hatta.

Traveling from Dubai Mall station to Hatta bus station takes approximately one hour and 30 minutes. The return journey back to Dubai also takes the same amount of time, allowing passengers to relax and enjoy the scenic views during the three-hour round trip. The bus service offers an affordable fare for passengers, with a fee of Dh25 for travel to Hatta and another Dh25 for the return trip to Dubai on the ‘Hatta Express’ route. For the ‘Hatta Hop on Hop off’ route, the fare is Dh2 per bus stop. Passengers can pay for the ride using their Nol card or by cash directly to the driver.

Planning a day trip to Hatta is made easy with the Hatta Express bus service, as it provides a convenient and stress-free mode of transportation for residents looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Dubai. The comfortable coaches, scenic routes, and affordable fares make it an ideal choice for a weekend getaway to Hatta. Whether you’re looking to explore the natural beauty of the highlands or relax in the tranquil surroundings, the Hatta Express bus service offers a memorable and enjoyable travel experience for residents and tourists alike. So, next time you’re planning a weekend outing, consider hopping on the Hatta Express for a refreshing change of scenery.
