Huda AlHadhrami is a Deputy Head of Empowerment and Inclusion at VFS Global, where she runs workshops and coaches individuals to reach their full potential. With a background in human resources, she has worked in both government and private sectors, with a focus on empowering UAE nationals. AlHadhrami’s inspiration stems from her grandmother, a role model who was persistent and entrepreneurial, teaching her the value of being different and making a difference.

AlHadhrami’s coaching philosophy revolves around helping individuals find their own answers rather than giving them. She encourages employees to step out of their comfort zones and push past self-imposed barriers. With a diverse cultural background, she has a unique perspective on coaching and training individuals from different cultures. She also hosts cultural sessions to bridge the gap between UAE nationals and international colleagues, ensuring a smooth integration into a globalized workforce.

In her experience, AlHadhrami has learned that different approaches are necessary when working with individuals from various age groups and backgrounds. She emphasizes the importance of creating professional networks, especially for young employees who can benefit from mentorship and guidance. Consistency and self-growth are key aspects of personal and professional development, according to AlHadhrami, who believes that continuous learning is more valuable than monetary rewards in a job.

Currently pursuing her PHD in employee engagement, AlHadhrami is passionate about her work and sees it as an essential part of her life. She believes that by constantly learning and growing, individuals can maximize their potential and contribute meaningfully to their organizations. With a focus on empowerment and inclusivity, AlHadhrami’s efforts are geared towards helping others reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
