Dubai’s real estate market continues to attract global investors, with a 40% increase in sales value in August alone, totaling $12.9 billion in transaction volumes. Kashif Ansari, CEO and cofounder of Juwai IQI, highlighted the city as a new safe haven for smart investors with a long-term view, referencing a report from UBS that shows growing demand for Dubai real estate.

Ansari believes that the UBS report is significant for investors looking to take a long-term position in the market, expressing his bullish stance on Dubai’s real estate potential for growth until 2030 and beyond. Some of the top areas for property investments in Dubai include Dubai Marina, Jumeriah Village Circle, Downtown Dubai, Palm Jumeirah, Business Bay, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai Hills Estate, and Arabian Ranches. In August, the Business Bay area saw the largest single transaction amounting to Dh139 million, indicating strong investor interest and growth potential.

Kashif Ansari predicts that global market uncertainty will continue to drive investors to Dubai’s real estate market, leading to further capital appreciation and rental yields. He believes that Dubai’s real estate market will surpass cities like Singapore and Hong Kong by 2030. Ansari is optimistic about attracting investors from Europe, the UK, USA, India, Pakistan, and China, who will seek wealth preservation in Dubai’s real estate, which he refers to as the new global currency.

Overall, Dubai’s real estate market is experiencing significant growth and interest from global investors, with strong potential for further expansion in the coming years. Investors are increasingly drawn to the city for its safe investment environment and opportunities for long-term growth. With strategic investments in key areas like Business Bay and Dubai Marina, Dubai is poised to become a leading destination for property investments, surpassing other global cities in terms of real estate value and growth. As the market continues to evolve, Dubai’s real estate sector is set to offer lucrative opportunities for investors seeking to preserve and grow their wealth in the long term.
