This weekend marks the return of the much-awaited Summer Restaurant Week in Dubai, where residents can enjoy meals and gourmet menus at Michelin-starred restaurants for as little as Dh69. More than 60 venues will be participating, offering two-course lunch menus for Dh95, three-course dinners for Dh150, and select breakfast menus for Dh69. The cuisines on offer range from Middle Eastern and European to Indian and Italian.

Organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), the Summer Restaurant Week is one of the most highly anticipated events of the season, providing food lovers with a chance to sample the specialties of some of the city’s finest restaurants at affordable prices. Running from August 23 to September 1 as part of the Dubai Summer Surprises, this event is a must-attend for those who enjoy culinary experiences in a vibrant setting.

Offering culinary delights is an important aspect of the Dubai Summer Surprises, according to Suhaila Saqer Obaid Bin Ghubash, vice-president of Festival Planning and Operations at the Department of Economy and Tourism. The city boasts a variety of dining options, from Michelin-starred restaurants to homegrown eateries, making it a perfect destination for food enthusiasts to indulge in exquisite meals at discounted rates during the Summer Restaurant Week.

This year’s edition of the Summer Restaurant Week allows residents and visitors to savor the offerings of globally acclaimed restaurants such as 11Woodfire and Reif – Time Out Market, along with other popular dining spots including Beefbar, Cucina The Palm, Ewaan, and Zengo Dubai. With a diverse range of cuisines available, attendees can expect a delightful culinary experience that showcases the city’s diverse culinary scene.
