A new Nol card has been launched in Dubai, offering discounts of up to Dh17,000 on various products and services to tourists, residents, and citizens. The card, known as the Nol Travel Card, can be used to pay for public transportation, parking, entertainment, and experiences in the city. Holders of the card can also enjoy discounts ranging from five to 10 percent at hotels, shops, adventure facilities, and other partner establishments.

The Nol Travel Card will be available at Dubai International Airport and some partner stores initially. Priced at Dh200 for a year with a balance of Dh19, the card can be renewed annually for Dh150. Existing Nol card users will not be able to switch to the Nol Travel Card at this time, but the RTA has assured that they will consider this option in the future. The goal of the card is to integrate public transportation and city facilities into one payment method, offering discounts totaling over Dh17,000.

The launch of the Nol Travel Card was announced by Mohammed Al Mudharreb, CEO of RTA’s Corporate Technology Support Services Sector, who stated that the card is designed to meet the needs of customers by providing a convenient payment method with significant discounts. Salahaldeen Almarzouqi, director of the Automated Collection Systems Department, mentioned that the card will have its own packages with various benefits and discounts. Additionally, Amr Abdelsamad, managing director of MDX Solutions, highlighted that there are currently over 100 partners and facilities where the Nol Travel Card is accepted, and this number is expected to increase in the future.

Overall, the Nol Travel Card offers a convenient and cost-effective way for tourists, residents, and citizens to pay for transportation and access discounts on a wide range of products and services in Dubai. With its integration of public transportation and city facilities, the card aims to simplify the payment process and provide added value to its users. As more partners and facilities accept the Nol Travel Card, it is expected to become an essential tool for those looking to save money and enjoy the many offerings in the city.
