Zakariya Ghodbane, also known as Zak Eazy, is a 28-year-old French artist who grew up in Lille, France, and discovered his passion for art at a young age. His father, who was an artist, taught him to draw when he was only three years old, inspiring Zak to push the boundaries of his imagination. As a child, Zak enjoyed drawing and painting, and this passion followed him into adulthood when he pursued a career as a graphic designer. It was during his daily train commutes from his hometown to Paris that Zak began creating digital art, which garnered positive feedback on social media, encouraging him to continue exploring his creativity.

Zak’s unique style blends architecture with nature and fantasy, creating a fantastical world where ordinary structures are transformed into extraordinary works of art. His fascination with architecture and nature is evident in his creations, where iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Dubai’s skyscrapers are set against whimsical backdrops. Each piece of artwork takes between 10 to 20 hours to complete, with Zak allowing his creativity to guide him and embracing the element of surprise in the final result.

In 2021, Zak visited Dubai for the first time and was captivated by the city’s opportunities, modernity, and cultural diversity. Inspired by his experience, Zak dedicated a series of artworks to Dubai’s landmarks, infusing them with his signature style of fantasy and imagination. His digital art pieces feature surreal scenes such as swans swimming around Burj Al Arab and dolphins leaping from the Dubai Frame, showcasing a unique perspective of the city’s iconic structures.

Despite the success and recognition he has received for his artwork, Zak remains focused on creating art for the love of it, rather than for likes or engagement on social media. His ultimate goal is to continue expanding his artistry in Dubai and showcase the city through his unique lens. Zak envisions Dubai as a place of endless possibilities and hopes to convey a different side of the city through his art, highlighting the diverse opportunities it offers for everyone.

As Zak continues to collaborate with brands in Dubai and expand his presence in the city, he sees it as a potential future home where he can further develop his art and creativity. With a deep appreciation for the serenity and inspiration he finds in Dubai, Zak remains committed to sharing his vision of the city through his digital art, offering a fresh and imaginative perspective that showcases the beauty and vibrancy of the city in a new light.
