DP World Tour ready to begin their European swing in Belgium – Golf Week News

After earning a recent victory in China and showcasing his skills at the USPGA, Dubai-based golfer Adrian Otaegui is gearing up for his upcoming tournament in Antwerp, Belgium. Fellow Spaniards Adri Arnaus and Rafa Cabrera Bello are also set to compete alongside home favorites Nico Colsaerts and Thomas Pieters. This event marks the first of the European Swing on the DP World Tour, providing an exciting opportunity for these talented golfers to showcase their abilities on the international stage.

The USPGA Championship saw an incredible performance from Xander Schauffele, who secured a wire-to-wire victory and claimed his first Major win. Meanwhile, Dubai-based Thomas Detry, currently ranked 20th on the FedEx Cup Rankings, is gearing up for the Charles Schwab Challenge at Colonial Country Club in Texas on the PGA Tour. This historic event, known as “Hogan’s Alley” in honor of the legendary Ben Hogan, presents a challenging course for players to test their skills and compete for top honors. Detry’s recent performance at the USPGA indicates that he is in top form and ready to take on the competition at the Charles Schwab Challenge.

LIV Golf’s Richard Bland has received an invitation to participate in the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, showcasing his talent on the Champions Tour alongside other top players like Jeev Milkha Singh, Colin Montgomerie, and Thomas Bjorn. With a strong field of experienced golfers, this tournament promises to be an exciting showcase of skill and determination.
