Doha to open 2026 Longines Global Champions Tour season in March

The Longines Global Champions Tour is set to kick off its 20th season in Doha, Qatar, from March 5-7, 2026, at the Longines Arena in Al Shaqab. The event is part of a busy schedule that will see the tour visit nine destinations worldwide.

According to the organizing committee, the second round will take place in Miami, USA, from April 3-5, followed by the third round in Mexico City from April 16-19. The tour will then visit several European cities, including Madrid, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, and Paris, before concluding the first part of the season.

Longines Global Champions Tour Schedule

The Longines Global Champions Tour will visit several prestigious destinations during its 20th season. After Doha, the tour will head to Miami and Mexico City, before visiting Madrid from May 15-17. The fifth round will be held in Cannes, France, from June 4-6, followed by the sixth round in Saint-Tropez, France, from June 11-13.

The seventh round will take place in Paris, France, from June 19-21, and the eighth round will be held in London from August 7-9. The remaining rounds’ dates will be announced in the coming period, according to the organizing committee.

Previous Season Highlights

The Longines Global Champions Tour’s previous season, which concluded in November, saw riders compete in 16 rounds across various destinations, including Doha, Mexico City, Shanghai, and Madrid. The championship culminated in a final round in Prague from November 20-23, where the top riders competed for the Grand Prix title.
