Naomi Osaka, a four-time Grand Slam champion and former world number one, is gearing up for her return to Wimbledon after a two-year absence. The Japanese superstar, ranked 113 in the world, is hoping to make a winning return to the court with a little help from Novak Djokovic. She is set to play in the upcoming tournament just a day before her daughter Shai’s first birthday, making it an exciting time for the 26-year-old.

Osaka’s previous success at Grand Slam tournaments was on hard courts, but she aims to make a mark on the grass courts of Wimbledon this year. She has sought advice from Djokovic on how to adjust to playing on grass, a surface that poses unique challenges. Despite her ranking and recent return to the tour after maternity leave, Osaka has shown promise with strong performances in recent tournaments.

Having reached the third round at Wimbledon in 2017 and 2018, Osaka hopes to go further this time around with a more strategic approach. She reflects on her recent matches, expressing confidence in her ability and potential for success on the grass courts. With additional experience and guidance from seasoned players like Djokovic, Osaka is determined to overcome any obstacles and fulfill her potential at Wimbledon.

While Osaka acknowledges the competitive nature of Grand Slam tournaments, she remains optimistic about her chances and attributes her recent setbacks to a lack of luck. Despite facing tough opponents in previous matches, such as world number one Iga Swiatek, Osaka believes in her capabilities and feels prepared for the challenges ahead. She reflects on her ongoing journey in tennis, using each match as a learning opportunity to grow and improve her game.

As Osaka prepares to compete at Wimbledon, she looks forward to the support of her fans, who recognize her talent and potential for success. With a positive mindset and determination to overcome any obstacles, Osaka is poised to make a strong return to Grand Slam competition and showcase her skills on the prestigious grass courts of Wimbledon. Her recent performances indicate her readiness for the upcoming tournament, and she is eager to make a statement with a successful run at Wimbledon.
