The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Saudi Arabia has joined hands with the Human Capacity Development Program to introduce the “Digital Future Readiness Program”. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of national professionals in the field of generative artificial intelligence. After a successful pilot phase with Noon Education Company, the program has now been launched on a larger scale to empower Saudi nationals with the necessary skills to excel in the global AI sector. Several agreements have been signed during the launch event to facilitate the training and preparation of students in collaboration with educational institutions and Insan Association.

The program is expected to benefit more than 7,000 national professionals by fostering a culture of innovation and promoting the use of AI tools for a brighter digital future. The event was attended by prominent figures including Deputy Minister of Communications Eng. Haitham Al-Ohali, Undersecretary of the Ministry for Future Capabilities and Jobs Ibrahim Al-Nasser, and CEO of the Human Capability Development Program Eng. Anas Al-Mudaifer. The importance of generative artificial intelligence skills, their application, and their role in developing national digital capabilities were discussed during the launch, emphasizing the need to utilize AI tools for driving innovation and productivity.

The strategic partnership between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Human Capacity Development Program marks a significant milestone in the development of 21st-century skills among Saudi nationals. With a focus on generative artificial intelligence, the Digital Future Readiness Program aims to equip professionals with the necessary knowledge and expertise to compete on a global scale, particularly in the rapidly evolving AI sector. By collaborating with Noon Education Company, educational institutions, and Insan Association, the program ensures the sustainability of digital capacity development across the Kingdom.
