Abdulla Abdulrazaiq Haidar, Chief Executive Officer of The Commercial Avenue Company, and Engineer Saleh Abdullah Al Sharafi, CEO of Waseef, recently signed an agreement in Doha, Qatar. This agreement will see Waseef providing high-quality management, maintenance, and operational services for one of Qatar’s largest and most significant commercial real estate projects. The aim of this partnership is to enhance the maintenance and utilization of the project’s assets and facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for clients that meet their needs and expectations.

The agreement covers a wide range of services that Waseef will provide, including leasing and collection management, property supervision, building and facilities maintenance, security system monitoring, emergency management, guarding, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, a 24/7 help desk, and computerized facility management. Additionally, they will offer equipment management services and asset management consultancy. This comprehensive range of services is aimed at ensuring optimal maintenance and operational efficiency for the Commercial Avenue Project.

Abdulla Abdulrazaiq Haidar expressed his confidence in choosing Waseef for this partnership due to their successful track record in managing and maintaining various projects in Qatar. He emphasized the importance of enhancing service levels and ensuring optimal maintenance for the facilities of the Commercial Avenue Project through this collaboration. The Commercial Avenue area is experiencing continuous growth and is establishing itself as a leading commercial market destination, supported by modern infrastructure and road networks connecting it to vital areas of Qatar.

Engineer Saleh Abdullah Al Sharafi underscored the commitment of Waseef to enhance customer experience in their projects and provide comprehensive services built to the highest global standards, fostering a sustainable strategic relationship with The Commercial Avenue Company. With extensive experience in managing and operating a diverse range of real estate projects across 58 locations in Qatar, Waseef has proven its versatility and expertise in the field. This collaboration reflects their dedication to delivering top-notch services and ensuring the success of the Commercial Avenue Project.

The Commercial Avenue Project stands out as the longest commercial project globally constructed in a single phase, spanning 8.5km. Its strategic location at the intersection of three major axes – 22 February Street, Sabah Al Ahmad Axis, and the Industrial Area Road – positions it as one of the largest multi-use projects in the Qatari real estate market. Featuring distinguished residential, commercial, and office units, the project is set to contribute significantly to the growth and development of the commercial sector in Qatar.
