Iconic rock band Coldplay is set to perform four scintillating concerts at the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi in January 2025. Elyanna, a Palestinian-Chilean artist, will add a Middle Eastern touch to the performances as the support act. This will mark the second time Elyanna shares the stage with Coldplay, having performed with them at the Glastonbury Festival in England earlier this year.

Elyanna’s musical journey began at a young age, participating in competitions and posting song covers on SoundCloud. Her talent was noticed by Canadian musician Nasri Atweh, leading her to collaborate with noted talent manager Wassim Sal Slaiby. Elyanna’s family plays a significant role in her career, with her brother serving as her creative director and producer, her mother as her co-writer, and her sister as her stylist.

Elyanna made history last year by becoming the first Palestinian to perform at the Coachella music festival and the first to perform a full set in Arabic. She draws inspiration from artists such as Sabah Al Fakhri and Julio Iglesias. With two EPs already released and her debut studio album ‘Woledto’ out this year, Elyanna’s career is on the rise. She was named as one of music’s Future 25 by Rolling Stone magazine.

The artist announced her Woledto world tour, set to kick off in October and take her across North America and Europe, with the tour wrapping up in London in December. Elyanna’s unique blend of Arabic music with Latin American rhythms has garnered her a large fan following and critical acclaim. Her upcoming performances with Coldplay in Abu Dhabi are highly anticipated by music fans in the UAE.

Elyanna’s family background in arts and music has played a significant role in shaping her career, with her deep roots in both Palestinian and Chilean heritage influencing her musical style. Her collaborations with renowned artists and successful studio releases have solidified her position in the music industry, paving the way for a promising future in global music scene. Stay tuned for more updates on Elyanna’s musical journey and upcoming performances.
