Major Developers has officially initiated the construction process for the Manta Bay project, a luxurious addition to Ras Al Khaimah’s real estate landscape. With the real estate sector in Ras Al Khaimah witnessing a 15% increase in transactions and value in 2024, the launch of Manta Bay reflects the thriving market and investor confidence in the region. Andrei Charapenak, the CEO of Major Developers, emphasized the strategic significance of the project in positioning the company as a leader in the luxury real estate sector.

Located in the prestigious Al Marjan Island, Manta Bay is poised to offer world-class living experiences in a market with vast potential for growth. Arch. Abdulla Al Abdouli, CEO of Marjan, the master developer of Al Marjan Island, expressed his enthusiasm for hosting innovative projects like Manta Bay on the luxurious waterfront destination, attracting premium investors to Ras Al Khaimah. The collaboration of key stakeholders at the groundbreaking event highlighted the Dh1 billion project’s pivotal role in elevating Ras Al Khaimah’s status as a luxury destination globally and in the region.

Federal Engineering Consultants, entrusted with ensuring the quality and innovation of Manta Bay, aims to redefine the luxury real estate market in Ras Al Khaimah through the project. Similarly, Civil Power General Contracting LLC (CPC), as the enabling contractor, is dedicated to delivering exceptional construction standards that align with Major Developers’ vision for the project. The development is expected to set a new standard for luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah, offering contemporary design, state-of-the-art amenities, panoramic sea views, private beach access, and a wellness center.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Manta Bay showcased its innovative design and strategic importance in advancing Ras Al Khaimah’s growth objectives. With the emirate solidifying its position as a leading real estate hub, Manta Bay is positioned to attract high-net-worth investors and discerning buyers, enhancing Ras Al Khaimah’s reputation as a vibrant center for luxury living. As the project progresses, it is set to become a landmark destination in Ras Al Khaimah, catering to the rising demand for exclusive and high-quality properties in the region. The project aims to establish a new benchmark for luxury living in Ras Al Khaimah, combining contemporary design and top-notch amenities to create a unique residential experience.
