OQ Refineries and Petroleum Industries, a company under the OQ Group, and Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) recently signed an agreement with the Office of the Governor of Al Dhahirah to establish and manage the Ibri Innovation and Science Centre. PDO will be responsible for overseeing the construction and management of the Ibri Innovation and Science Centre until its completion.
