Mohammed Al-Habib Real Estate Co. has recently introduced its latest project “Enar” at Cityscape Global, a prestigious event taking place at the Riyadh Exhibition and Conference Center from November 11 to 14, 2024. The unveiling of the Enar project attracted a large crowd at the company’s booth, with the official announcement made during the opening ceremony attended by Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majed Al-Hogail. Engineer Saleh Al-Habib, Chairman of Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al Habib & Partners Real Estate Investment Company, described Enar as a luxurious mixed-use development in Riyadh that will encompass residential, economic, and tourism-focused spaces. The project is expected to generate substantial employment opportunities, covering 250,000 square meters with an investment of SR5 billion.

Enar is positioned as one of the company’s flagship projects and the second of its mega developments, aiming to create upscale residential communities in Saudi Arabia. It promises a harmonious living environment that combines tranquility, natural beauty, and a high quality of life, integrating both traditional and modern design elements, pedestrian-friendly spaces, and expansive green areas. Strategically located on King Abdullah Road near the Eastern Ring Road, Enar will boast a central park with a scenic water channel and vast green spaces, offering a serene and relaxing ambiance. The project will feature a variety of housing options, including apartments and villas, as well as commercial offices, retail establishments, and international dining venues, ensuring a comprehensive lifestyle experience for residents and visitors.

In addition to the Enar project, Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate Co. has recently launched the Kaheel development, which is now available for sale. Covering an area of 96,833 square meters, Kaheel comprises 1,492 diverse residential units within an integrated community. Designed to offer a complete living experience, Kaheel includes various amenities such as an indoor park, a mosque, a sports club, a supermarket, pedestrian walkways, and over 30,000 square meters of green space. This project aims to enhance the quality of life for both residents and visitors, showcasing the company’s dedication to creating modern, well-crafted communities that cater to the diverse needs of contemporary society.

Kaheel is tailored to meet the requirements of families seeking a secure, comfortable, high-end environment, underscoring the company’s commitment to developing thoughtfully designed residential communities that address the evolving needs of society today. With a focus on providing a range of amenities and recreational spaces, Kaheel aims to offer residents a fulfilling and enriching lifestyle experience. The project’s strategic location, combined with its diverse range of housing options and amenities, reflects the company’s vision to enhance the living standards and overall well-being of individuals and families in Saudi Arabia.

Overall, the projects unveiled by Mohammad Al-Habib Real Estate Co., including Enar and Kaheel, highlight the company’s dedication to creating exceptional, integrated communities that prioritize quality living, sustainability, and community well-being. As the real estate market in Saudi Arabia continues to evolve and grow, developments like Enar and Kaheel demonstrate the importance of thoughtful urban planning, innovative design, and sustainable development practices in shaping the future of residential living in the kingdom. With a strong focus on blending modern conveniences with traditional values and natural elements, these projects are poised to redefine the concept of luxury living and set new standards for residential developments in Saudi Arabia.
