Kamah Hotels & Resorts, a luxury and wellness brand, has partnered with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in a $70 million deal to develop four new hotels in Dubai and India under the Trademark Collection by Wyndham. This partnership, announced at the Future Hospitality Summit 2024 in Dubai, marks a significant expansion for Kamah’s portfolio, developed by Fine Acers Group in India and Global Branded Residences (GBR) internationally.

Dinesh Yadav, Managing Director of Fine Acers Group & GBR, expressed excitement about the partnership, highlighting the exclusive luxury and wellness experience that the new hotels under the Kamah brand will offer. The first properties will be in Dubai, Coorg, Jawai, and Udaipur, with plans for further expansions in global destinations like North America, Australia, and Europe, as well as leisure locations in India such as Goa, Lonavala, and Dharamshala.

The strategic partnership between Kamah and Wyndham aims to address the global wellness hospitality sector’s gap by offering a curated hospitality project blending luxury lifestyle and holistic wellness. With the demand for such concepts increasing worldwide, this collaboration between leading brands will drive growth and innovation in the wellness hotel industry.

Kamah has finalized key locations for its Lifestyle, Luxury, and Wellness Resorts, including properties in Coorg, Jawai, Udaipur, and Dubai. These hotels will offer a unique blend of opulence, tranquillity, and luxury, appealing to the growing demand for wellness-focused accommodations.

The partnership will introduce the Trademark Collection by Wyndham to the UAE market for the first time, with plans for more properties to follow. The hotels will be developed under a branded residences model, allowing investors to purchase units in internationally branded hotels situated in popular leisure destinations.

Both India and the UAE are vital growth markets for the hospitality industry, with increasing tourist arrivals. Dubai, in particular, is a key international trade and tourism hub, making it a strategic location for the development of the new Kamah hotels. The exclusive signing ceremony was attended by dignitaries from both companies, emphasizing the significance of this partnership for their expansion strategies.
