These teams engaged in in-depth analysis and restructuring of strategies, internal and external processes, and service engineering using methodologies such as the Kaizen approach, Project Management Office, internal assessment, ADKAR Model, and EFQM Radar methodology. Al Battashi stressed that implementing the EFQM Model presented a significant challenge for Madayn’s employees, requiring the adoption of new approaches, initiatives, and monitoring tools.
