Aston Martin, the iconic British luxury car brand known for its appearance in James Bond films, has recently announced its entry into the luxury branded residence market in the UAE. Partnering with Dar Global, a London-listed luxury international real estate developer, Aston Martin unveiled ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin’, a new beachfront residential development on Al Marjan islands in Ras Al Khaimah. With a total Gross Development Value of Dh900 million (£200 million), this project marks the first time Aston Martin’s design team has applied its skills to a real estate development in the Middle East region.

The Astera aims to bring Aston Martin’s sophisticated design aesthetic and high-performance precision craftsmanship to the interiors of the property. Positioned near the highly anticipated Wynn Resort, The Astera promises to become a new landmark on the Arabian Sea, offering the benefits of a secluded private beach. The development will feature expansive one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, as well as three-bedroom villas, with a completion date set for December 2028.

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, expressed excitement about the launch of the residential property, highlighting the brand’s vision to curate breathtaking living experiences for exclusive clientele. Combining Aston Martin’s heritage, innovation, and design mastery with Dar Global’s expertise in luxury home investments, The Astera represents a significant milestone in creating exceptional living spaces for global citizens. The partnership with Aston Martin signifies yet another successful chapter in Dar Global’s trajectory towards success.

Stefano Saporetti, director of brand diversification at Aston Martin, emphasized the collaboration with Dar Global and their shared passion for combining traditional craftsmanship with innovation and cutting-edge design. The Astera, Aston Martin’s first real estate collaboration in the Middle East, is set to elevate the brand’s presence and apply its luxury lifestyle concept to a beachfront environment. The project at Al Marjan Island is poised to become an emerging luxury destination, reflecting Aston Martin’s commitment to creating ultra-luxurious living experiences.

Overall, ‘The Astera, Interiors by Aston Martin’ represents a significant milestone in Aston Martin’s expansion into the luxury real estate market in the Middle East. With a focus on sophisticated design, high-end craftsmanship, and exclusive living experiences, the project aims to set a new standard for luxury residential developments in the region. By partnering with Dar Global and leveraging their expertise in the real estate sector, Aston Martin is poised to create a truly exceptional and iconic waterfront property that will capture the essence of luxury living on Al Marjan Island.
