First project valued at OMR2 million launched in the Al Mudhaibi Industrial City

The Mudhaibi Industrial City, which is managed by the Public Establishment for Industrial Estates (Madayn), has recently signed its first investment contract with Desert Sand Mobile Trading. This investment will see the establishment of a manufacturing unit for liquefied and compressed gases used in medical and construction activities. The project is valued at approximately OMR2 million and will occupy an area of 16,000 sqm. Construction is scheduled to begin at the start of the next year, in conjunction with the recently announced tender for the development of Al Mudhaibi Industrial City.

The first phase of the development of Al Mudhaibi Industrial City will cover approximately 2.5 million sqm and will include essential services such as road, water and sewage networks, lighting, security fencing, and a surveillance system. In addition, Madayn Entrepreneurial Complex will establish several ready-made industrial units, each covering an area of 500 sqm. The development will also include the Facility Building, Masar Service Centre, and other facilities required for the smooth operation of businesses in the industrial city.
