The luxury real estate market in Dubai continues to thrive with the launch of a new branded residential project by Gulf Land Property Developers. The project, located in Meydan, incorporates designs from the renowned Italian brand Tonino Lamborghini Group. Consisting of four towers and 541 units, including studio, one, two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, the project aims to cater to the growing demand for high-end properties in the emirate.

The four towers will cover approximately 750,000 square feet of gross floor area, with two buildings of 6 floors and two buildings of 12 floors. Each building will feature 2 parking levels and offer a range of apartments with materials, interior design, fittings, and kitchens from the design studios of Tonino Lamborghini. Dubai is already known for its branded residences, with over 50 projects currently in existence and another 70 in the pipeline over the next few years.

Gulf Land Property Developers, the driving force behind this project, has long been recognized for its commitment to innovative design and construction in the luxury real estate sector. The chairman, Shaher Mousli, emphasizes the importance of incorporating Italian materials and design into the project to deliver an authentic Italian lifestyle experience to residents. By partnering with Tonino Lamborghini, the brand aims to bring a new level of luxury, design philosophy, and quality of production to the market.

Tonino Lamborghini, the founder and chairman of Tonino Lamborghini S.p.A., highlights the significance of integrating the Italian style of living into the Dubai market. The focus is not just on having the brand name on the building facade but on providing an immersive Italian lifestyle experience across every element of the interiors as well. With the guidance and creative direction from Tonino Lamborghini, the project is set to elevate the standards of luxury living in Dubai.

Bilal Hamadi, the general manager of Gulf Land Property Developers, underscores the unique opportunity of collaborating with Tonino Lamborghini to deliver a distinctive level of luxury and design excellence. The partnership enables the project to achieve a level of sophistication and creativity that only a brand like Tonino Lamborghini can provide. Rami Shamma, the vice president of sales and marketing, expresses enthusiasm for the exponential growth the company is experiencing and how this project will propel them to the next level of success.

As the demand for branded residences in Dubai continues to rise, projects like the one by Gulf Land Property Developers and Tonino Lamborghini Group are set to redefine luxury living in the emirate. With a focus on Italian design and materials, as well as a commitment to delivering a seamless lifestyle experience to residents, the project is poised to set new standards in the luxury real estate market. By staying true to their innovative design philosophy and dedication to quality, Gulf Land Property Developers and Tonino Lamborghini are shaping the future of luxury living in Dubai.
