Bright Capital Investment recently announced a collaboration with Reigate Grammar School International to establish premium UK curriculum schools in the UAE. Shaun Fenton OBE, Executive Headmaster of Reigate Grammar School, and Sean Davey, Global Business Director for Reigate Grammar School International, were present in Dubai for the signing ceremony. Bright Capital, known for its investments in education, currently operates 4 schools in Dubai, including Bright Learners Private School and 3 campuses of Star International Schools.

Reigate Grammar School, founded in 1675 in London, is an award-winning institution ranked among the top 20 private schools in the UK. The school has a global presence with 6 schools in the UK, Saudi Arabia, China, and Vietnam. Reigate Grammar School, Riyadh, opened in 2022, has seen rapid growth with 1,200 students enrolled and a waiting list. The collaboration with Bright Capital marks a significant milestone for Reigate Grammar School as they expand into the UAE, offering exceptional educational opportunities and fostering international connections.

Shaun Fenton expressed his enthusiasm for the partnership, emphasizing the aim to create a global village philosophy where every child can reach their potential and become global citizens. The collaboration with Bright Capital will create cultural and learning opportunities for students and staff, enriching the educational experience. Sean Davey also shared his excitement about establishing world-class education within an interconnected global community in the UAE, a major ambition for Reigate Grammar School International.

Esref Temel, Managing Director of Bright Capital, highlighted the significance of the partnership in aligning with their expansion plans and entering the premium British schools segment. The UAE market shows promise with a growing expatriate population and demand for high-quality education. Introducing Reigate Grammar School to the region enhances the stature of authentic UK curriculum schools in the UAE and supports the goals of the UAE Vision National Agenda. The partnership signifies growth opportunities and a strategic decision to expand presence in the region.

The Reigate Grammar Schools in the UAE will offer co-educational all-through schooling following the National Curriculum of England and Wales. JSquare Capital served as the Transaction Advisor to Bright Capital Investment, while Dentons acted as the Legal Advisor to Reigate Grammar School International, ensuring a smooth collaboration process. Overall, the partnership between Bright Capital Investment and Reigate Grammar School International promises to bring world-class education to the UAE, enriching the educational landscape and providing students with exceptional learning opportunities.
