Acube Developments has launched a new property project called Electra in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in Dubai. The residential tower will be 38 floors high and offer a total of 278 luxurious apartments. The construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2024, with a handover scheduled for three years later. The design of Electra is inspired by the blue-white star in the constellation of Taurus, offering residents a unique living experience.

The apartments at Electra will include studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, all equipped with Bosch appliances and Roca sanitary. Each unit will come with the latest smart home solutions and three different furniture design options to choose from. The 2-bedroom apartments will feature large terrace pools that are 4.6 by 1.8 meters in size. Prices for studio apartments start at Dh750,644 per unit, offering residents a range of options to choose from.

Residents at Electra will have access to over 50 amenities, including a beach themed pool, private pools, a mini-water park with slides, a mini golf area, a bowling alley, indoor and outdoor play areas, Jacuzzis, and an indoor children’s cinema. The developer has partnered with Sanderson Global consultancy to develop these unique amenities exclusively for residents. Additionally, the 37th and 38th floors will cater to adults with a gym, yoga and aerobics rooms, cinema, sauna, steam rooms, and an 18-meter-long sky pool.

Acube Developments aims to create a better living experience for Dubai residents with Electra, focusing on design, quality finishings, and community amenities. The chairman and managing director, Ramjee Iyer, expressed excitement about offering a unique and luxurious living environment to residents. The property promises an unparalleled living experience, with commercial spaces for shops and services available to cater to residents’ needs.

Overall, Electra in JVC is set to redefine luxury living in Dubai with its unique design inspired by a star in the constellation of Taurus. With a wide range of amenities and apartment options, residents will have everything they need for a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. The construction is expected to be completed within three years, offering residents a chance to experience premium living in one of Dubai’s most sought-after locations.
