GymNation, a popular fitness brand in the GCC, has seen overwhelming demand from residents in Saudi Arabia ahead of the opening of its first six gym locations in the country in August 2024. With over 120,000 people registering their interest in the four Jeddah and two Al Khobar locations, the first phase of memberships sold out in under 72 hours, setting a new record for pre-opening sales in the Middle East. This expansion into Saudi Arabia aligns with Vision 2030’s goals of promoting physical, psychological, and social well-being to create a strong and prosperous society.

Loren Holland, the Founder and CEO of GymNation, expressed excitement about the high level of interest in improving physical and mental health among the citizens and residents of Saudi Arabia. GymNation aims to provide a superior gym experience at a more affordable price point compared to existing operators, catering to a diverse range of individuals regardless of their abilities, shapes, or sizes. With strong support from investment partners Tricap Investments and Ruya Partners, GymNation plans to establish multiple new locations across Saudi Arabia and expand its reach in the region.

The launch of GymNation in Saudi Arabia is in line with the Saudi Sports for All Federation’s “Move Your World” summer campaign, which encourages people to engage in physical activities and adopt healthier living habits. As the leading movement partner in the region, GymNation is committed to making the gym experience less intimidating, more affordable, and more accessible for everyone. By breaking down barriers to fitness and promoting a fun and inclusive environment, GymNation aims to improve the health and well-being of individuals throughout Saudi Arabia.

Through its entry into the Saudi Arabian market, GymNation seeks to have a positive and disruptive impact on the fitness scene by making fitness facilities more affordable and accessible to a wider population. With a focus on promoting a healthy lifestyle and creating an attractive living environment, GymNation aims to support Vision 2030’s vision of building a strong, happy, and fulfilling society in Saudi Arabia. By offering a welcoming environment for individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels, GymNation is poised to revolutionize the fitness industry in the country and contribute to the overall well-being of its residents.

The overwhelming response to GymNation’s expansion into Saudi Arabia highlights the growing demand for affordable and inclusive fitness options in the country. By providing a high-quality gym experience at a competitive price point, GymNation aims to attract individuals from all walks of life and encourage them to prioritize their physical and mental health. With a strong pipeline of new locations and the support of investment partners, GymNation is poised for rapid growth in Saudi Arabia and is committed to making a meaningful impact on the fitness landscape in the country.

As a leading player in the fitness industry, GymNation is dedicated to promoting physical activity and well-being for all individuals in Saudi Arabia. By partnering with the Saudi Sports for All Federation and supporting initiatives like the “Move Your World” campaign, GymNation is actively working towards creating a healthier and more active society. With a focus on inclusivity, affordability, and accessibility, GymNation is set to revolutionize the fitness scene in Saudi Arabia and inspire individuals to prioritize their health and wellness.
