National Cadres: The Cornerstone of Bahrain’s Progress and Development

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Minister at the Court of the Prime Minister, has reaffirmed that national cadres are the driving force behind Bahrain’s progress and development. He emphasized that the Kingdom’s continued achievements across various sectors are a direct result of the sincere efforts of its national talents. With a focus on developing national cadres, Bahrain is committed to creating a more advanced and prosperous future for its people.

Investing in National Talents for a Brighter Future

HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman highlighted that investing in national talents is crucial for the Kingdom’s future growth and prosperity. By creating opportunities for national cadres to develop their skills, Bahrain is ensuring that it remains on a path of continuous development and progress. This approach is in line with the comprehensive development goals set by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The development of national cadres is a key aspect of Bahrain’s strategy to achieve its development goals.

The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme for Developing Government Cadres is a prime example of Bahrain’s commitment to nurturing national talents. The program, which has recently celebrated the graduation of its 10th batch, embodies the visionary leadership of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. By providing a platform for national cadres to develop their skills and expertise, the program is helping to build a generation of highly skilled Bahraini professionals dedicated to advancing the nation with excellence and integrity.

Empowering National Cadres through the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme

The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme has proven to be a resounding success, with its alumni making significant contributions to Bahrain’s development. The program’s focus on empowering national cadres has enabled them to drive innovation and excellence in their respective fields. As HE Osama bin Saleh Al Alawi, Minister of Social Development, noted, the program has demonstrated that behind every successful national initiative stands one essential factor — the Bahraini individual, who knows no limits to ambition and whose dedication drives the nation’s success.

Mr. Hamad Yaqoob Al Mahmeed, Director-General of the Prime Minister’s Office, emphasized that the program reflects HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister’s vision to build a generation of qualified national leaders capable of advancing Bahrain’s development. The 10th batch of fellows demonstrated exemplary teamwork and dedication, supporting key national initiatives and upholding the program’s values of innovation, excellence, and responsibility.

A Bright Future for Bahrain’s National Cadres

As the graduates of the 10th batch move forward, they are committed to serving Bahrain with determination and pride. They expressed their deepest gratitude to HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his confidence in Bahraini talent and his vision for a bright and prosperous future. The graduates also conveyed their sincere appreciation to HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa for his continuous support of national workforce development.

In conclusion, Bahrain’s commitment to developing its national cadres is a testament to its dedication to progress and development. By investing in national talents and creating opportunities for them to grow, the Kingdom is ensuring a brighter future for its people. As the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Programme continues to nurture a generation of highly skilled Bahraini professionals, Bahrain is poised to achieve even greater heights of success and prosperity. With a focus on national cadres development, Bahrain is moving towards a more advanced and prosperous future, driven by the dedication and ambition of its people. The success of national cadres is crucial to achieving the Kingdom’s development goals and creating a better future for its citizens.
