The 2024 Qatar Karting Championship came to an exciting end with young Qatar driver Omar Aswat emerging as the winner. Tameem Hassiba finished third in the Championship standings with 56 points after a setback in the final round where he finished seventh. Thomas Estevez came fourth, while Faesal Alyafei completed the top five in the final standings.
In the grand final of the championship, Rizkallah impressed with a remarkable win, finishing with a total time of 14:22.221. He led the race by a significant margin of 27.788 seconds, clocking the best lap of 1:11.072, and averaging a speed of 53.711 km/h in the 12-lap contest. Yousuf Al Sulaiti secured second place, while Estevez finished third, jumping to fourth place in the Championship standings, followed by Mohammed Al Thani and Gabriel Albadawi in the top five.
Earlier in Group 1, Felice Carena clinched the top spot, with Nimr Al Qahtani and Victor Litaudon coming in second and third, respectively. The top 10 standings of the 2024 Qatar Karting Championship include Omar Aswat in first place, followed by Karim Rizkallah, Tameem Hassiba, Thomas Estevez, Faesal Alyafei, Bader Al Sulaiti, Victor Litaudon, Taha Hassiba, Hassan Ahmed Hussein, and Gabriel Albadawi.
