AQ’s Sobha Siniya Island to revolutionize luxury living – News

The signing of a partnership agreement between Umm Al Quwain Properties and Sobha Realty to launch a luxury real estate project on Al Siniya Island was witnessed by Rashid bin Saud Al Mualla. Sobha Realty, a top developer in the region, introduced its newest project on Al Siniya Island in Umm Al Quwain. This private waterfront neighborhood aims to attract luxury home buyers. The agreement between Sobha Realty and Umm Al Quwain Properties was signed by PNC Menon and Sheikh Mansour bin Ibrahim Al Mualla in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla.

Although the project cost and the number of units have not been disclosed, the Crown Prince expressed that Al Siniya Island will offer residents a luxurious lifestyle while emphasizing the rich biodiversity and historical significance of the area. The collaboration between the Umm Al Quwain government and Sobha Realty on this project highlights the government’s commitment to sustainable developments that preserve natural heritage. Menon emphasized the importance of the project in setting new standards in luxury real estate and providing residents with a distinctive lifestyle. Sobha Siniya Island aims to blend modern luxury with the island’s natural environment and historical heritage.

Sobha Siniya Island is expected to provide residents with a unique lifestyle amidst the natural beauty of Umm Al Quwain. Ravi Menon, co-chairman of Sobha Group, mentioned that the project will combine luxury living with the peaceful surroundings, including the waters of the Arabian Gulf and lush landscapes. Francis Alfred, managing director of Sobha Realty, highlighted that the project signifies the developer’s commitment to luxury, innovation, and sustainability. The project aims to set new industry benchmarks in the luxury real estate segment of the UAE through its focus on environmental responsibility.

The Sinaya Island project marks Sobha Realty’s first venture outside Dubai, showcasing the developer’s dedication to innovation and sustainable development. Sobha Siniya Island seeks to offer residents an integrated modern lifestyle surrounded by nature and the history of the island. The project is set to exceed customer expectations while preserving the island’s environment and rich heritage. With the backing of the Umm Al Quwain government, Sobha Realty aims to create an uber-luxury destination that provides an unparalleled living experience on Sobha Siniya Island. The project is set to redefine luxury living standards in the region and promote a serene lifestyle for its residents.
