The High Criminal Appeals Court is set to announce its verdict on October 28th in the appeal of a 30-year-old man who was sentenced to five years in prison and a 3,000 dinar fine. The man was found guilty of providing manufactured hashish to a minor, inducing the child to use the drug, and putting the child’s well-being at risk through acts of moral corruption. The case revolves around the testimony of the victim’s mother, who discovered her son in an altered state and suspected drug use. The mother took her son to a medical facility where he revealed that he had been with the defendant and three others in a vehicle, where he was forced to use various drugs.

The mother, although initially skeptical due to her son’s past experimentation with drugs, found evidence on her son’s phone that the defendant had been facilitating and encouraging his drug use. She discovered a video recorded by her son showing the defendant placing a narcotic substance into an e-cigarette, as well as a Snapchat conversation where the defendant asked her son if he wanted to smoke hashish. The 15-year-old victim confessed to starting drug use because of the defendant, stating that they met in early 2024 and the defendant introduced him to various drugs, including an e-cigarette containing a narcotic substance and shabu.

On the day the mother discovered the situation, her child was heavily under the influence of shabu. The video provided by the mother showed the defendant adding a liquid substance to the e-cigarette using a needle. The victim confirmed that he filmed the video and that the defendant added the narcotic CBD. A urine test confirmed the presence of methamphetamine, manufactured hashish, and pregabalin in the child’s system. The defendant has a prior conviction for drug use, and the appeals court is expected to issue its final decision on October 28th.

The High Criminal Appeals Court is set to decide the fate of a 30-year-old man who has been sentenced to five years in prison and a 3,000 dinar fine for providing manufactured hashish to a minor and endangering the child’s well-being through drug use. The victim’s mother played a crucial role in revealing the defendant’s actions, as she discovered evidence on her son’s phone that showed the defendant facilitating and encouraging his drug use. The 15-year-old victim confessed to starting drug use because of the defendant, who introduced him to various drugs, including an e-cigarette containing a narcotic substance.

The mother’s discovery of her son’s altered state led to the revelation of the defendant’s involvement in the child’s drug use. A video recorded by the victim showed the defendant adding a narcotic substance to an e-cigarette, and a Snapchat conversation revealed the defendant’s offer to smoke hashish. The victim’s urine test confirmed the presence of methamphetamine, manufactured hashish, and pregabalin, further solidifying the case against the defendant. With a prior conviction for drug use, the defendant’s actions have put him in legal trouble, and the appeals court will soon announce its final decision.

The case at hand involves a 30-year-old man who is facing a five-year prison sentence and a 3,000 dinar fine for providing drugs to a minor and endangering the child’s well-being. The victim’s mother’s discovery of her son’s altered state led to the uncovering of the defendant’s role in facilitating and encouraging the child’s drug use. Evidence found on the victim’s phone, including a video of the defendant adding a narcotic substance to an e-cigarette and a Snapchat conversation about smoking hashish, has strengthened the case against the defendant. The victim’s confession of starting drug use because of the defendant, along with the presence of various drugs in the child’s system, has further incriminated the defendant.

The defendant’s prior conviction for drug use has added to the gravity of his current legal situation. The High Criminal Appeals Court is expected to issue its final verdict on October 28th, determining the man’s fate in light of the evidence presented in the case. The defendant’s actions not only put the child’s well-being at risk but also highlight the dangers of drug influence on minors. The verdict in this case will serve as a reminder of the legal consequences of facilitating drug use and endangering the lives of young individuals.
