Al-Raed dominated the match from the start, with Al-Fayha struggling to keep up with their attacking play. The first goal came early in the match when Al-Fayha’s defender Smalling inadvertently scored an own goal, giving Al-Raed an early lead. Karim Al-Barkawi then scored two goals, while Mohamed Fouzair and Saleh Al-Omri each added a goal to secure the impressive 5-0 win for Al-Raed.

Meanwhile, Al-Ettifaq continued its winning streak with a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Al-Fateh. The young striker Abdullah Radeef made an immediate impact in his debut for Al-Ettifaq by scoring the opening goal in the first half. Al-Fateh’s Djaniny Tavares equalized early in the second half, but Brazilian João Costa ensured victory for Al-Ettifaq with a decisive goal in the 73rd minute. With this win, Al-Ettifaq maintained a perfect record with nine points in the Saudi Pro League, having also defeated Al-Shabab and Al-Okhdood in the first two rounds.

The win for Al-Raed against Al-Fayha marked their first victory of the season, with the team putting on an impressive display of attacking football. Al-Fayha’s defender Smalling’s own goal set the tone for the match, as Al-Raed continued to pile on the pressure throughout the game. Karim Al-Barkawi’s two goals, along with goals from Mohamed Fouzair and Saleh Al-Omri, sealed the 5-0 win for Al-Raed, giving them a much-needed boost in the league standings.

In the third round of the Saudi Pro League, Al-Ettifaq’s victory over Al-Fateh further solidified their position as early frontrunners in the competition. The team’s perfect record of nine points from three matches is a testament to their strong start to the season, with key players stepping up to deliver important goals when needed. The combination of experienced players and exciting young talent has proven to be a winning formula for Al-Ettifaq, as they look to maintain their momentum in the upcoming matches.

On the other hand, Al-Fateh’s loss to Al-Ettifaq was a disappointing result for the team, as they continue to struggle to find their form in the early stages of the season. Despite Djaniny Tavares’ goal to level the score in the second half, Al-Fateh was ultimately unable to secure a positive result against a determined Al-Ettifaq side. With just three points from three matches, Al-Fateh will need to regroup and improve their performances if they are to climb the league table and compete with the top teams in the Saudi Pro League.

Overall, the third round of the Saudi Pro League provided fans with exciting matches and standout performances from Al-Ettifaq and Al-Raed. Al-Ettifaq’s perfect record and Al-Raed’s impressive win showcase the competitiveness of the league, with every team fighting for points and victories. As the season progresses, it will be interesting to see how the teams continue to perform and whether new challengers will emerge to challenge the early frontrunners. With plenty of action still to come, fans can look forward to more thrilling matches and memorable moments in the Saudi Pro League.
