The luxury residential community will comprise 48 apartments and 4 exclusive townhouses, catering to both end-users and investors seeking premium waterfront living. Construction is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2027.
Located on Dubai Islands, Floarea Breeze offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with prices starting at Dh1,799,000. This launch follows recent groundbreakings for Floarea Skies in Jumeirah Village Circle and Floarea Oasis in Dubai Land Residential Complex, demonstrating Mashriq Elite’s expanding portfolio within Dubai’s property market.

Investment in Dubai Islands has seen significant growth, reaching Dh6.1 billion in sales from nearly 2,000 transactions in the first half of 2025, according to data from the Dubai Land Department (DLD). This surge reflects the increasing appeal of the island community, driven by its strategic location and premium lifestyle offerings. The Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan anticipates the city’s population exceeding 7 million by 2040, further bolstering demand for residential properties.

The G+P+6+R project occupies a 26,975 sq. ft. plot. Townhouses range from 1,847 to 1,895 sq. ft., while apartments vary in size: one-bedroom units from 878 to 1,049 sq. ft., two-bedroom units (with study and maid’s room) from 1,316 to 1,711 sq. ft., and three-bedroom units from 1,474 to 1,697 sq. ft.
