Emirates is set to deploy its cutting-edge Airbus A350 aircraft on routes to Kuwait and Bahrain starting January 8, 2025. This move marks the second and third destinations to be served by the airline’s newest aircraft, following its debut on other routes. The A350 will operate on flights EK853 and EK854 to Kuwait, as well as on two of the three daily flights to Bahrain – EK837/838 and EK839/840. Passengers can expect a seamless travel experience with enhanced comfort and state-of-the-art amenities onboard the Airbus A350.

In Kuwait, flight EK853 will depart from Dubai at 01:25 AM and arrive in Kuwait at 02:15 AM. The return flight, EK854, will leave Kuwait at 03:40 AM and land back in Dubai at 06:25 AM. In Bahrain, the A350 will operate on flights EK837/838 and EK839/840. EK837 departs Dubai at 08:20 AM, reaching Bahrain at 08:40 AM, while EK838 departs Bahrain at 10:00 AM and arrives in Dubai at 12:15 PM. EK839 departs Dubai at 04:00 PM, arriving in Bahrain at 04:20 PM, and EK840 departs Bahrain at 05:45 PM, reaching Dubai at 08:00 PM.

The Airbus A350 offers a total of 312 seats across three classes – 32 Business Class seats in a lie-flat next-generation design in a 1-2-1 layout, 21 Premium Economy seats in a 2-3-2 configuration, and 259 Economy Class seats in a spacious 3-3-3 arrangement. Passengers can enjoy wider aisles, high ceilings, advanced inflight technology, faster Wi-Fi, and the latest version of the ice inflight entertainment system, providing a top-notch entertainment experience.

Emirates has been serving Kuwait since 1989, currently operating 29 weekly flights to the country. With the introduction of the A350, the airline aims to further elevate the customer experience, following the deployment of the retrofitted Boeing 777 featuring Premium Economy and updated Business Class seats in October 2024. In Bahrain, Emirates operates 22 weekly flights, combining the Boeing 777 and Airbus A350 aircraft to cater to the growing demand in the market.

The deployment of the Airbus A350 to Kuwait and Bahrain highlights Emirates’ commitment to these key regional markets, offering passengers the latest in aviation technology and comfort. The airline continues to prioritize customer satisfaction by bringing state-of-the-art amenities and unparalleled luxury to its routes, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable travel experience for all passengers. With the introduction of the A350, Emirates aims to set a new standard for air travel in the region, solidifying its position as a leading airline in the industry.
