Qassim Emir Launches 52 Health Projects Totaling SR456 Million

Prince Faisal bin Mishaal recently launched 52 health projects in the Qassim Region, totaling an estimated cost of SR456 million. These projects were inaugurated at a ceremony held at the emirate headquarters in Buraidah, attended by Minister of Health Fahd Al-Jalajel and other senior health officials. Prince Faisal expressed his pride in the development projects, stating that they will enhance the level of health services provided to citizens and residents in the region. He emphasized the support from the wise leadership and the commitment to providing advanced services for all members of society. Al-Jalajel highlighted that these projects signify a significant advancement in health services and align with the goals of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The launch of the health projects in Qassim Region is seen as a crucial step in improving the quality of healthy life in the area and making medical care more readily accessible. The new projects are expected to contribute to enhancing the overall health infrastructure and ensuring that residents receive the care they need. Additionally, Prince Faisal honored the supporters and contributors to the development of community health projects in the region, recognizing their valuable contributions to the healthcare sector. The signing of 8 memoranda of understanding to support population health management programs and encourage breastfeeding further demonstrates the commitment to promoting public health in the region.

At a meeting chaired by Prince Faisal, the most prominent health indicators in the Qassim Region were reviewed, with a focus on the existing health facilities and services available to the residents. The region boasts over 187 health facilities, including hospitals and health centers, all aimed at providing comprehensive medical services to ensure the highest standards of healthcare are met. Prince Faisal reiterated the importance of prioritizing health services to improve the quality of life and make healthcare accessible to all in a seamless and advanced manner. These efforts align with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which seeks to enhance the healthcare sector and improve the well-being of the population.

The event signifies a milestone in the development of the healthcare sector in the Qassim Region, showcasing the commitment of the leadership to providing advanced and integrated health services to all individuals. The significant investments in health projects demonstrate a dedication to enhancing the quality of life and promoting the overall well-being of the residents.
