HE Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, Senior Vice President of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and President of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC), recently attended the 90th ANOC Executive Council meeting in Cascais, Portugal.
