The Qatar Amateur Radio Society (QARS) has recently joined the International Amateur Radio Contest (CQ World Wide DX Contest 2024), a prestigious event that attracts radio enthusiasts from around the world. The society has set up an international station at its headquarters, fully equipped to operate on all designated frequencies for the contest. Additionally, QARS members will participate remotely using their personal stations, with the society represented globally by their official call sign, A73A.
