The “Independent Media Initiative” in Qatar is a collaboration between Al-Monitor, Semafor, and the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (DI). The initiative aims to enhance media education in the country by providing training workshops to journalism and media studies students from various institutions in Qatar, as well as early-career journalists.
