The UAE is gearing up to launch the “The UAE is with you, Lebanon” relief campaign from October 8 to October 21. This campaign aims to extend support to the Lebanese brothers who are facing challenges and difficulties. The UAE President has already allocated $100 million for an urgent relief aid package to assist Lebanon in overcoming its current humanitarian crisis. The UAE’s leadership, under Sheikh Mohamed, is committed to supporting Lebanon and its people during these tough times.

Sheikh Theyab emphasized the UAE’s deep concern for the people of Lebanon and its solid approach towards providing assistance during humanitarian crises. The Emirati community, individuals, institutions, and businessmen are expected to play a crucial role in extending their helping hand to Lebanon. The aim is to stand in solidarity with the Lebanese people and support them in their time of need.

The UAE has already initiated the process of sending six aircraft loaded with essential supplies, including medical, food, and shelter equipment, to help alleviate the critical humanitarian and health issues faced by Lebanon. This includes partnering with international organizations such as the World Health Organization, UNICEF, UNHCR, and the International Federation of Red Cross and Crescent Societies to ensure a coordinated effort in providing aid to Lebanon.

The ‘UAE with you, Lebanon’ campaign is being launched under the directives of President Sheikh Mohamed and is being overseen by key officials, including Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The campaign aims to involve the entire community, including government entities, private organizations, and individuals, in contributing towards the relief efforts for Lebanon. It highlights the importance of solidarity and humanitarian support during times of crisis.

This initiative underscores the strong bond between the UAE and Lebanon, showcasing the UAE’s commitment to standing by its brothers and offering assistance in times of need. The swift action taken by the UAE leadership reflects the country’s dedication to humanitarian causes and its willingness to extend support to countries facing adversities. By launching this relief campaign, the UAE hopes to make a positive impact and help alleviate some of the challenges faced by the people of Lebanon.

As the campaign kicks off, the UAE calls on all members of the community to join hands and work together to provide much-needed relief to Lebanon. This collective effort, led by the UAE government and supported by various entities, aims to make a significant difference in the lives of those affected by the crisis in Lebanon. Through solidarity, compassion, and collaboration, the ‘UAE is with you, Lebanon’ campaign seeks to bring hope and assistance to those in need, reiterating the UAE’s commitment to supporting humanitarian efforts globally.
