Emirates recently introduced its newly retrofitted Boeing 777 aircraft to Riyadh, marking its first GCC destination. The aircraft started operating on daily flights from October 1, departing Dubai at 07.10am and arriving in Riyadh at 08.05am. The return flight from Riyadh leaves at 09.40am and reaches Dubai at 12.35pm. The airline currently offers 72 weekly flights to all gateways in Saudi Arabia, including three daily flights to Riyadh, using a mix of B777s and A380s.

With an increased number of cities served by the refurbished aircraft, including 28 cities with Premium Economy by the end of the year, Emirates is enhancing its service offerings. The airline has retrofitted 25 aircraft so far, with plans to refurbish 17 more by December 2024. Passengers can conveniently book their tickets through the Emirates website, mobile app, or with travel agents online or offline.

The newly retrofitted Boeing 777 offers 24 Premium Economy seats, featuring a 2-4-2 layout with adjustable headrests for added comfort. The Emirates fleet with Premium Economy will expand to 48 aircraft by the end of the year, serving 27 destinations. The Economy Class cabin has 256 ergonomic seats with leather headrests, while the upgraded Business Class cabin offers more privacy with 38 seats in a 1-2-1 configuration, direct aisle access, a mini-bar, and multiple charging ports, among other amenities.

Emirates is focused on providing a superior flying experience to its passengers by introducing new features and upgrading its aircraft. The airline aims to cater to a broader range of travelers with the enhanced Premium Economy, Economy, and Business Class cabins. With the expansion of Premium Economy to more destinations and additional aircraft, passengers can enjoy a more comfortable and personalized journey with Emirates.
