Ajman Police announced the implementation of a smart monitoring system that will detect violations of mobile phone use while driving and failure to wear seatbelts starting October 1. According to federal law, using phones or any distractions while driving will result in a Dh400 fine and four black points on the driving licence. Additionally, all passengers in a car are required to wear seat belts, including those sitting in the rear seat; failure to do so will lead to a Dh400 fine and four black points for the driver. Ajman Police urged everyone to adhere to traffic rules and regulations to ensure road safety.

The new smart monitoring system in Ajman aims to address the issue of distracted driving and lack of seat belt usage, which are major contributors to road accidents. By implementing strict penalties for violating these rules, the authorities hope to deter drivers and passengers from engaging in risky behavior while on the road. The Dh400 fine and four black points serve as a deterrent to ensure compliance with traffic laws and promote safe driving practices.

Mobile phone use while driving has become a significant concern worldwide, as it diverts the driver’s attention away from the road and increases the risk of accidents. With the new monitoring system in place, Ajman Police will be able to detect and penalize drivers who use their phones while driving, thereby reducing the likelihood of road accidents caused by distracted driving. The system will help enforce the law and promote road safety in the emirate of Ajman.

Seat belt usage is essential for the safety of all passengers in a vehicle, as it reduces the risk of serious injuries in the event of a crash. By requiring all passengers to wear seat belts, including those in the rear seat, the authorities are prioritizing the safety of individuals on the road. The Dh400 fine and four black points for failing to wear a seat belt serve as a reminder to drivers to ensure that all passengers are properly restrained while traveling.

Adhering to traffic rules and regulations is crucial for maintaining road safety and preventing accidents. Ajman Police’s call for everyone to comply with traffic laws emphasizes the importance of responsible driving behavior. By following the established rules, drivers can contribute to creating a safer environment for themselves and others on the road. It is essential to prioritize safety and follow the guidelines set forth by the authorities to reduce the number of road accidents and ensure the well-being of all road users.

In conclusion, the implementation of a smart monitoring system in Ajman to detect violations of mobile phone use while driving and failure to wear seatbelts is a proactive step towards improving road safety in the emirate. By enforcing strict penalties for these offenses, the authorities aim to reduce the incidence of distracted driving and promote the use of seat belts for all passengers. Drivers and passengers are encouraged to comply with traffic rules and regulations to contribute to a safer road environment for everyone. Prioritizing safety and responsible driving practices is essential for preventing accidents and ensuring the well-being of all road users in Ajman.
