The Minister of Interior has been tasked with implementing this decree, which is effective immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette. Additionally, Decree (82) of 2024 has appointed Rashid Mohammed Bounajma as the Undersecretary for Legislative Authority Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, based on the Minister of Interior’s recommendation. This appointment also takes effect immediately and will be published in the Official Gazette.

Furthermore, Decree (83) of 2024 appoints Mohamed Ibrahim Al Sisi Al Buainain as the Secretary-General of the Council of Representatives, with the rank of Undersecretary. This decree, issued in coordination with the Deputy Prime Minister and the Cabinet, is also effective immediately.
