The Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, one of the biggest events in the world of horse racing, is set to take place in Paris from October 3 to 6. This prestigious event will attract a large number of international runners, owners, trainers, and jockeys, making it a truly global competition. The weekend will include the Gr. 1 Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe, which has been rated as the world’s best horse race on five occasions.

The Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is sponsored by the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) in partnership with France Galop. This partnership has been ongoing for years and has elevated the standard of the race meeting and Arabian racing at ParisLongchamp racecourse. Qatar’s commitment to Arabian racing is evident through their sponsorship of the Gr. 1 PA Qatar Arabian World Cup, which is the most prestigious and richest race for purebred Arabian horses in Europe.

The race entries for the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend will be announced soon, generating excitement among fans who are eager to see which equine stars will compete for the numerous group races. Anticipation is high for the big weekend, as international runners, including Qatari-owned horses, are expected to participate. The event is set to draw a large audience, with thousands of spectators filling the stands of ParisLongchamp over the course of the two days.

The QREC management, under the leadership of Issa bin Mohammed Al Mohannadi, is working closely with France Galop to finalize the event’s arrangements. This includes coordinating sponsors, guests, trophy presentations, and a horse auction. Sunday will feature races for three-year-old fillies and colts at Saint Cloud, while the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe and other top group races will take place at ParisLongchamp on Saturday and Sunday.

The Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe is one of the most prestigious races in the French racing calendar, with a total purse of five million Euros. The Gr. 1 PA Qatar Arabian World Cup, with a total prize money of one million Euros, is also a highly anticipated event. All horses that make their way to ParisLongchamp will have the opportunity to compete for these prestigious titles, adding to the excitement of the weekend’s races. The Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe weekend promises to be a thrilling and unforgettable experience for all involved in the world of horse racing.
