Fabrice Kabongo and Candice Yumba, a Congolese couple based in the UAE, have showcased their strong entrepreneurial skills through the growth of their brand, Lexaly FZ-LLC. The couple focuses on their e-commerce business, which offers products, services, media, and equipment online to clients worldwide. They provide a wide range of hair products, including wigs, extensions, and maintenance products, as well as beauty consultations, specialized equipment, and machinery to various organizations globally. Additionally, they offer videos and media content to help consumers understand their products better.

Candice’s search for quality hair products led her to discover the unfair pricing practices in the market. Many competitors were selling cheap products with exorbitant markups, deceiving customers by labeling synthetic hair as real human hair. In response, Candice sourced ethically produced hair from factories in Vietnam and Russia, offering premium quality products at competitive prices. Despite being classified as premium, their products are priced 30 to 50 percent cheaper than competitors, reflecting their commitment to ethical sourcing and fair pricing.

Both Fabrice and Candice draw inspiration from their families’ entrepreneurial spirit. Fabrice, with a background in computer science, has held leadership positions in tech organizations in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Africa, and the UAE. Candice, with a degree in Human Resources, has worked in education and government administration before relocating to the UAE in 2021. The couple, who initially met in 2012 and reconnected in 2016, have since built a successful business together while raising two children.

Embracing the UAE’s business-friendly environment, Fabrice and Candice praise the country’s seamless registration process and efficient logistics infrastructure. The couple appreciates the accessibility to products and services in the UAE, recognizing the opportunities available for international businesses. They are determined to provide more people globally with access to high-quality products that are commonly found in the UAE. Through their entrepreneurial journey, Fabrice and Candice highlight the UAE as a hub of opportunities for both local and international entrepreneurs.

In conclusion, Fabrice Kabongo and Candice Yumba’s entrepreneurial journey in the UAE exemplifies their dedication to ethical business practices, fair pricing, and customer-centric values. By leveraging their skills, experiences, and shared entrepreneurial spirit, the couple has successfully built a thriving e-commerce brand that caters to a global audience. Their commitment to providing high-quality products at competitive prices reflects their principles of fairness and integrity in the business. With the support of the UAE’s conducive business environment, Fabrice and Candice continue to expand their brand and contribute to the international marketplace.
