Burj Azizi, located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, is set to be the second tallest building in the world at 725m tall. The skyscraper will consist of 131-plus storeys and is planned to launch for sales in February 2025 with a completion date set for 2028. It will feature a seven-star hotel with suites inspired by seven cultural themes, along with various residences including penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. The tower will also offer a range of amenities such as wellness centres, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, mini markets, resident lounges, and a children’s play area.

Burj Azizi will be the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road and will showcase a unique design and engineering marvel. The tower will include a vertical retail centre spread over seven floors, a luxury ballroom, a beach club, an observation deck, and an adrenaline zone. Several world records will be set by Burj Azizi including having the highest hotel lobby, nightclub, observation deck, restaurant, and hotel room in Dubai. The tower will also feature high-end dining options and various unique amenities.

Mirwais Azizi, the Founder & Chairman of Azizi Developments, expressed his commitment to transforming Sheikh Zayed Road and elevating Dubai’s skyline through the Burj Azizi project. With an investment surpassing Dh6 billion, the tower will offer ultra-luxury residences, a vertical shopping mall, the world’s highest observation deck, and a variety of amenities and dining experiences. The seven-star hotel within Burj Azizi will celebrate Dubai’s major cultures through its interior design and will be crowned by the world’s highest lobby.

Azizi expressed his gratitude to His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for the support received from Dubai authorities in bringing the Burj Azizi project to fruition. He highlighted that the project is not solely driven by financial returns but aims to create a lasting legacy and set new benchmarks for quality, luxury, and innovation. The vision for Burj Azizi is to be a tribute to Dubai as a destination of choice for residents and visitors, representing a monumental achievement in engineering.
