President of the Human Rights Commission meets Chairperson of the National Human Rights Commission.

The President of the Saudi Human Rights Commission (HRC), H E Hala bint Mazyad Al Tuwaijri, recently met with the Chairperson of the National Human Rights Committee and Chairperson of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions, H E Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah. The two leaders discussed the signing of a memorandum of understanding to exchange expertise, best practices, and cooperation in organizing training courses and conferences on human rights issues in the Gulf and the Arab region. This meeting highlights the commitment of both organizations to working together to promote and protect human rights in their respective countries.

During the meeting, H E Hala bint Mazyad Al Tuwaijri and H E Maryam bint Abdullah Al Attiyah emphasized the importance of joint coordination in addressing the most pressing human rights issues facing their regions.
