New Sales Centre Opens for Al Shorouk Neighborhood in Salalah

A new Integrated Services Centre (ISC) opened in Salalah, providing bookings for residential units in the Al Shorouk neighbourhood project. The ISC is part of the National Initiative for Integrated Residential Neighbourhoods and aims to support beneficiaries of the Government Residential Land Grants System. Al Dhahab Real Estate Services Company, in cooperation with Al Dhahab Construction Foundation and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, are behind the project.

The launch ceremony was attended by Dr. Khalfan Said Al Shuaili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, who learned about the designs and facilities of Al Shorouk neighbourhood. The project includes various residential units, service and entertainment centres, and green spaces, covering an area of 324,000 square meters. Partnership agreements were signed with SMEs to contribute to the project works, and a cooperation agreement was made with Oman Housing Bank to provide financing for eligible grant recipients and those interested in owning property in Al Shorouk neighbourhood.

Al Shorouk Residential Neighbourhood is a unique project in Salalah, offering high-quality villas, apartments, and amenities to residents. With over 558 residential units, the neighbourhood aims to provide a comfortable and sustainable living environment for its residents. The partnership with Oman Housing Bank highlights the commitment to promoting economic development in the Sultanate of Oman through the housing and construction sector.

The ISC in Salalah is dedicated to providing support and information to investors and beneficiaries of residential land grants. With a focus on transparency and efficiency, the centre aims to streamline the process of booking residential units in the Al Shorouk neighbourhood project. By working closely with SMEs and financial institutions like Oman Housing Bank, the project aims to ensure that eligible individuals have access to financing options for their dream homes.

The Al Shorouk neighbourhood project in Sahalnout area is a significant step towards providing modern and sustainable housing options in Salalah. With a focus on green spaces and community amenities, the project aims to enhance the quality of life for residents. The signing of partnership agreements with SMEs demonstrates a commitment to supporting local businesses and promoting economic growth in the region through infrastructure development.
