The Amir of Qatar, HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, recently met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Peru, HE Jose Benzaquen Perea, to bid him farewell as his tenure in Qatar comes to an end. During the meeting, HH the Amir honored HE the Peruvian Ambassador with the Al Wajbah Decoration, recognizing his efforts in strengthening the bilateral relations between Qatar and Peru. The Amir also expressed his best wishes for the Ambassador’s future endeavors and hoped for continued growth and progress in the relations between the two countries.
