Making the Bahraini workforce more empowered is a top priority

The Kingdom of Bahrain is dedicated to promoting the employment of Bahraini professionals in the private sector. His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa recently met with key figures from the Isa bin Salman Education Charitable Trust and Tamkeen to discuss the importance of increasing productivity and efficiency to benefit both individuals and society as a whole. The Crown Prince emphasized the need for high-quality training programs for Bahraini professionals to support the country’s comprehensive development goals led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

Prince Salman praised the contributions of the skilled Bahraini workforce throughout history and stressed the significance of providing training and job opportunities within the private sector to support citizens and the economy. He expressed his appreciation for the efforts of Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad in achieving Tamkeen’s goals and the dedication of the Fund’s Board of Directors and employees in enhancing economic objectives. The meeting also highlighted Tamkeen’s recent achievements in ensuring citizens remain at the forefront of development and the importance of continuing efforts to meet the Fund’s goals.

Bahrain considers its citizens as the backbone of development and is committed to empowering them by creating quality job opportunities in various industries. Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad expressed gratitude for Prince Salman’s support in enhancing the Bahraini workforce and emphasized the need for a supportive environment for professionals to grow and excel in the labor market. The Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, also attended the meeting, showcasing the government’s unified commitment to improving employment opportunities for Bahraini professionals.

Overall, the meeting between Prince Salman, Shaikh Isa bin Salman, and other key figures highlighted Bahrain’s dedication to developing its workforce and providing opportunities for Bahraini professionals to thrive in the private sector.
