Abu Dhabi has recently launched its first official rental index for the capital in order to increase transparency in the real estate market. The index, created by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), aims to provide indicative rental values and support the stability of the capital’s growing real estate sector. This platform serves both tenants and landlords and offers quarterly rental pricing for properties located in various areas across the city. Residents can access reliable data on residential, commercial, and industrial properties through this platform.

The rental index is user-friendly and allows users to easily select any area in the city and view prices of different types of properties. Users can access the service via the Abu Dhabi Real Estate website and select their choice of municipality – Dhafra, Abu Dhabi city, or Al Ain city. They can then proceed to select the zone and sector of their choice to view transparent information about property prices in that area. The index provides information on a variety of properties, including apartments and villas, along with details on the number of bedrooms available and pricing.

In addition to property pricing information, the platform also offers an interactive map that enables users to view different localities and choose between them. The launch of the rental index aligns with ADREC’s goal to enhance customer satisfaction in the real estate market and deliver value to investors, property owners, and tenants. The platform aims to support market stability and provide valuable information to all stakeholders involved in the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi.
